FST ROCKON Remote control System

The FST ROCKON system is a universal solution designed for remote control of industrial equipment, including: dump trucks, excavators, loaders, PDM, bulldozers, industrial manipulators, etc. The system has a special design that allows it to be operated in harsh conditions.: extreme temperatures, high humidity, high vibrations, and environmental pollution. The FST ROCKON is offered in three levels of performance: level 1 – remote control of machinery (equipment) in line of sight; Level 2 – remote control of machinery (equipment) through a telemetry system; level 3 – basic level of automation of machinery (equipment), implementation of digital assistants, monitoring systems, machine vision algorithms. Advantage of the FST ROCKON system: made in Russia, versatility, wide range of applications, industrial design of components, does not interfere with normal operation, variability of data transmission (wired, wireless), transmission range of the 1st level system (line of sight) – up to 250 meters, transmission range of the 2nd level system (telemetry) and 3rd level (basic automation) – up to 3000 meters

Protective housing for embedded devices with FST NOVUS dry cleaning system

The protective case is designed to accommodate embedded devices of a wide range of applications. The versatility of the case allows you to place devices of various sizes and purposes, including: video cameras, laser rangefinders, laser level meters, etc. FST NOVUS ensures continuous operation of the built-in devices due to thermoregulation and the sight glass dry cleaning system. The sight glass dry cleaning system is an innovative solution in the field of 24/7 monitoring and fixation, regardless of the presence of external pollution factors or high temperature fluctuations. The advantage of the FST NOVUS protective case: made in Russia, continuous monitoring, innovative cleaning system, ready-made solutions for the customer, wireless data transmission (WI-FI), operation in extreme conditions (high pollution, high humidity, low temperatures), maintenance interval of 5,000 cleaning cycles, temperature range from -50 °C to 50 °C The FST NOVUS protective housing is also used as part of the FST ROCKON system (2nd and 3rd levels) to ensure continuous operability of optical and laser devices.

FST HUB Industrial Controller

The FAST HUB controller is a high-tech device for real-time analytics and automation of processes. This device is suitable for controlling industrial, automotive and other equipment in critical areas. The device can be used both as part of the FST ROCKON system and as part of other automation systems. The FST HUB controller is designed for use in harsh operating conditions with high humidity and ambient temperature differences, including industrial facilities such as mines, quarries, quarries, metallurgical plants, etc. The FST HUB is based on the principle of versatility, for a wide range of applications: for various types of stationary and mobile equipment, for use in different temperature and climatic conditions.
